Nuclear facility – Port Granby Project

Part of the Port Hope Area Initiative, the Port Granby Project is designed to remediate and move historic low-level radioactive waste and marginally contaminated soils from the existing Port Granby Waste Management Facility to a new, engineered above-ground mound about a kilometre north of the current site.
