Tornado in Trois-Riviéres did not impact Gentilly-2

The minor tornado that passed through Trois-Rivières on Sunday night did not have any impact on the Gentilly-2 nuclear power plant.

All Canadian nuclear power plants have been designed to withstand potential tornadoes and other extreme natural phenomena that could occur in their respective areas.
