PFP Contribution Agreement
A Contribution Agreement will be sent to each successful Funding Applicant. It will outline the required deliverable and the maximum amount of funding approved for the matter at hand. Successful Funding Applicants must sign and return the Contribution Agreement to the CNSC and agree to fulfill all its terms and conditions, in order to receive approved funding. PFP Final Financial Report
The CNSC’s receipt of your Final Financial Report constitutes the end deliverable under your Contribution Agreement. PFP payments will not be processed until Recipients have completed and sent this document to the CNSC. Recipients do not have to submit expense receipts, but are strongly encouraged to keep them for three (3) years in case of an audit.
A sample of a completed Final Financial Report can be found in Annex C of the PFP Final Financial Report Guide (PDF). View a template for completing a PFP Final Financial Report (PDF).
