Bilateral Cooperation

The Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) cooperates bilaterally with foreign nuclear regulators, including through Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) entered into and implemented by CNSC pursuant to the provisions of the Nuclear Safety and Control Act.

These MOUs seek to facilitate the exchange of information and technical cooperation between CNSC and its foreign counterparts.
